2020 Hyde Park Home Tour:

On Saturday, February 29, 2020 the Historic Hyde Park Neighborhood Association’s Home Tour will showcase private homes – both new homes and historic homes that have been carefully restored throughout the past century. This is our 18th annual home tour and the theme is “Leap Into Hyde Park”. Homes will be available for touring from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.  The funds we raise will support historic preservation efforts in our neighborhood. Tickets are now available for purchase.

Historic Hyde Park Neighborhood Association

HHPNA is a civic association rather than a homeowners association. Dues-paying membership is voluntary. We do not enforce deed restrictions, which to a large degree are absent from property originally developed between the late 1880s and the 1930s. The neighborhood is part of, and supports, the City of Tampa’s Hyde Park Historic District. Exterior rehabilitation, additions and new construction are subject to compliance with the Hyde Park Design Guidelines and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings.

Concerns: Street light out? Garbage not picked up?  Report a concern so the HHPNA can address it for you!
